Altova offers an optional Support and Maintenance Package (SMP) with all of its software products, providing free product version updates, all maintenance releases, and priority technical support for the duration of the support period. Support is delivered online by highly qualified customer service engineers. Altova SMP can be purchased for 25% of the product price for a one-year period or 20% per year for a two-year period.
